These Tim Holtz Distress Markers may have been around for years, but I just found out about them, and I'm addicted. They have a paint brush style tip on one side and a fine tip on the other side. They just glide the ink onto the page and are so much fun to use.
These markers just make me silly-happy.
I haven't stopped cut and paste journaling, though. I've shown this page before, but I've never been completely happy with it. The pulp paper medallion and my handwriting didn't seem to fit the lightness of the wallpaper.
So, I covered it up. I'm much happier with this sweet picture. The picture and gold frame were part of a pretty gift from a friend.
The card on the left, the book endpaper above it and the cupid on the right were all part of the same package.
The hand sticker is from Ikea. Besides all the other cool stuff, I found out that Ikea has a nice little stationary section.
More Ikea stickers and a group of loose papers I have tucked in my journal for future pages.
(Stick around, my next post is going to be about this new phone I found out about that you can keep in your purse and take pictures with.
That's a bit of sarcasm- no one has ever called me leading edge.)
